This air-conditioned vacation rental with access to a large balcony features 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also features a washing machine, dishwasher, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi, making it ideal for working from home.
Shops, restaurants, and cafés right on the promenade. Street parking available.
The pool is open from mid-June through mid-September.
Use of the tennis court in the backyard is available for a fee, payable directly to the on-site caretaker.
Street parking is available, as well as a public parking garage for a fee directly in front of the building.
1. Quiet Hours: For the benefit of everyone, please be quiet after 10:00 p.m. (no loud voices, music, etc.).
2. Use of the Apartment: The apartment may be used exclusively for residential purposes.
3. Toilet Rules: Please flush only toilet paper down the toilet. Wet wipes and other items can cause clogs.
4. Fire Safety: In case of fire, do not use the elevator.
5. Mandatory Registration: In Spain, the registration of all guests is required by law. Please send us a copy of your identification documents before your arrival.
6. Smoking: Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
7. Stove and Oven: Please turn off the stove and oven after use to prevent fire hazards.
8. Keys and Door Security: Please never leave the keys in the lock. The door locks automatically and can then only be opened by a locksmith—you would be responsible for the resulting costs.
9. Water usage: Please use water responsibly, for the sake of the environment.
10. Air Conditioning: Please use the air conditioning responsibly. Turn it off when you leave the apartment, and keep windows and doors closed while it is running.
11. Refrigerator and Freezer: Please do not set the cooling power to maximum to avoid damaging the appliance.
12. When leaving the apartment: Please turn off the lights, close the windows and doors, and make sure the front door is securely locked.
