Poel Municipal Tourist Tax
All persons staying within the municipality of Ostseebad Insel Poel who do not have their primary residence on the island are subject to the tourist tax. This tax is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking.

April 1 through October 31: Adults 18 and older: €3.00 per night
November 1 through March 31: Adults 18 and older: €1.80 per night

Welcome to our new vacation rental, Ultima, on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Poel. Ultima Poel on the Baltic Sea - ABC367 - vacation guests only!
Our “Ultima” vacation rental is located in the center of Kirchdorf, the main town on the island of Poel.
The harbor and the nearest shopping areas are just a few minutes’ walk away. The island has three main beaches: Schwarzer Busch, Timmendorf, and Gollwitz. These are just a few kilometers away and easily accessible by bike.
Just outside the island’s borders lies the World Heritage city of Wismar, with its historic market square and Gothic churches. In addition, the former Hanseatic city offers a wide range of recreational activities and a charming maritime harbor atmosphere.
Our modern Ultima vacation apartment for 2–1 people, approx. 30 m²:
– living room with open kitchen and dining area, sofa (converts to a pull-out bed for a third person), flat-screen TV, dining area for 2 people
- open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, separate 2-burner stove, microwave, toaster, dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, and much more
- Separate bedroom with a double bed and a large closet
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, and mirror cabinet
- Patio in the courtyard with seating (chairs + table) and a grill
- Free Wi-Fi
- Free parking at the house
The accommodation can also be rented to guests with pets. We rent only to vacation guests, not to commercial guests.
