This condo needs a bit of updating but everything worked and it was very clean. The sliding glass door was hard to open and close and the front load washer has a very small leak. We would stay there again

Several issues and poor communication with leasing agency. The floors were dirty from the get-go, more so than you'd expect just from being a beach property. The door to the balcony is broken and hard to open and close, even the young men in our party struggled with it.The welcome packet provided a number to text or call yet they did not respond to texts at all. They failed to provide wifi details, the TV in the living room wouldn't connect to anything even though it had directv attached and several outlets had at least one plug that did not work at all. We even verified it wasn't due to light switches being tied to outlets. The washing machine has mildew. The ice machine wouldnt dispense ice. Listing states the PROPERTY is non-smoking but the signs around the complex state only inside is non-smoking so when you sit on the balcony you get to smell others smoking. The door code stopped working over an hour before checkout and the cleaning crew showed up around an hour before checkout as well trying to come clean despite us stating we would definitely not be out until right on time due to having an elderly member in our party since late checkout wasn't an option.
