Communication with host was prompt when asked a question. Description of property was as stated. Directions for property were easily understood. Accommodations were quite comfortable.
The porch lights were not working in entire building. She addressed my concern by contacting the individual responsible for the HOA.

Great place to stay! Would totally rent it again. It has everything to be comfortable.
Only thing i didn’t like was that theres no cold water when showering. Theres only hot water.

Apt was great and came with a lot of things that weren't listed in the discription, like an ice maker, Keurig, beach chairs, styrofoam cooler. It was also pet-friendly with no extra fee and I really appreciated that. The owner also had very quick response to messages and was very helpful.
Description didn't mention it was on the 3rd floor.
The shower door did not slide correctly.
