From the moment we walked in we were honestly mesmerized by how grand and beautiful this property was. It was perfect for our daughter's surprise 40th weekend away. The rooms, beds, linen, towels, everything was perfect. There was enough room for 10 of us. The gardens were beautiful and our grandson had a ball kicking the footy around the yard. The kitchen was amazing and the boys loved cooking up breakfast for us all and the patio at the back was a perfect setting for all of us. No one wanted to leave when it was time. This is one property that we will definitely come back to.

Nothing!!!

Lots of lovely places to sit and antiques. Peaceful gardens. 4 generous bedrooms, 2 downstairs in 1 wing, 2 upstairs above kitchen/lounge. 3 beautiful clean bathrooms, 2 with slipper baths and complimentary products. Chefs kitchen with large gas stove, porcelain butlers sink and marble bath tub. Good quality linen, pillows, white Sheridan towels. Excellent heating options. Fireplace. Big tv with streaming.

Probably the memory mattresses, but it’s only personal opinion, not an issue at all.

The house is absolutely breathtaking! Great for a larger group. Great heating in winter...lovely host. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Often pictures on booking sites make a place look better that what it is really like, this home was the opposite. The photos didn't do it justice. The location is ideal, just a short 5 min drive to the centre of Bowral. It is in a quiet residential street on a huge block with amazing gardens and lawns. It has a grand entrance fitting of a country estate. Inside the house has everything you need. 2 large bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs, 3 bathrooms, a huge modern kitchen and dining area overlooking the manicured backyard and gardens. It also has a very large family room adjacent to an open fireplace which creates great ambience. Our group of 6 all loved our three nights here. We would gladly come back again. Thanks Alex.

As it has lots of mod cons, it took us a little bit of effort to get the heating just right. It has central heating so the place is really warm.
