The Samilton

Everything about this hotel is excellent, from its location and the comfort it offers to the convenience of having multiple restaurants within the hotel premises. The staff are extremely responsive, courteous, and prompt in their actions. They ensure that nothing is unnecessarily delayed and consistently provide excellent service, whether at the reception, through room service, or at the restaurants and bar. Overall, the hospitality and service quality make the stay a very pleasant experience.

The hotel should pay more attention to cleanliness and finer details. I had booked a higher-category room, but the passage leading from the lift to the room was messy and unclean, which did not reflect well on the hotel. The cleanliness of the room and washroom also needs improvement. Since it is an older property, more thorough and detailed cleaning is essential, particularly in overlooked areas such as the inner surfaces of bedside lamps and the corners of the washroom. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast menu could be refreshed from time to time, as the options tend to become monotonous after a while.

Close proximity to shops, Malls and restaurants

Staying at The Samilton was a nice experience. The staff was really helpful and willing to help. The chef made a "Chilly Chicken" dish that was quite delicious. The property was in good shape and the location was great for my work trip.

The breakfast menu was very simple. They need to improve on this.

The location of the property.

Breakfast spread was not upto the mark. The dining area smelled weird. The bed cover provided was not clean.
