Goede prijs- kwaliteit, voor ons een goede ligging, dichtbij ons doel van de reis en gratis parkeren in een rustige wijk. Alles wat we nodig hadden was er, goed overleg mogelijk met verhuurder.

Muy cómodo

The apartment is conveniently located, about a 20-minute walk from Brussels Expo, which was very convenient for us. The owner is also nice and communication was easy and smooth throughout our stay. For a short stay of just a couple of days, the location and communication are definitely positives.

Unfortunately, the apartment has seen better days and needs some repairs and a serious deep clean. As soon as you walk in, there is a noticeable smell of mold. The apartment itself was not very clean, and there was mold in the shower as well. Several things were broken or in poor condition: for example, the drawers literally fall out, and the dishwasher appears to have been broken for quite some time. The bed also makes a lot of noise whenever you move, which can be quite disturbing at night. There were also spiders throughout the apartment. Overall, while the owner is nice and the location is convenient, I think the apartment would benefit greatly from some maintenance and thorough cleaning.
