Our host was in touch with us via Booking.com the day of our arrival to confirm the time we would arrive and to give directions to the apartment. We were then given the codes to the front door and our room. We had a few questions and one request which were immediately addressed via Booking.com messaging. Our apartment was bright and modern, and everything was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet included in our stay was fantastic! The folks who took care of us, from our concierge to the ladies who made our food and cleaned our room, were kind and welcoming and really made our stay the best we had during our time in Albania.

Nothing. It was a seamless process. Any concerns were addressed in a timely manner, and our hosts were outstanding!
