Ever since Bill has taken over our experiences have been so much better than with the previous staff. If we ever have an issue with the room whoever has been in the office has been very accommodating and willing to switch us to another room.
We have no complaints

The sink in the room was gorgeous Room 215
1. Graffiti on the wall by the front door
2. Not enough towels in the room
3. There were no trash cans
4. The TV did not receive all the channels 55-1 55-6
5. There was people standing around the check-in window, kind of sketchy and sitting on the stairs.
