Location and cleanliness.
Need more towels and need hooks to hang up the towels in the bathroom and maybe a hook in the bedroom. The bedroom at the back needs another light it was dark. Th air conditioner hose needs to be secured in the window it kept falling into the apartment.

Great location. Even though the apartment overlooks a restaurant filled square, it is relatively quiet. It’s quite spacious and the kitchen is reasonably well equipped. The beds are comfortable as well. The day we arrived we discovered there was no drying rack and our host swung by right away to drop one off.

The responsiveness and kindness of the staff is terrific, and I love this neighborhood in Porto.
This apartment is SPARCELY supplied. It doesn't really have AC and parking: there's a portable AC that you can choose to roll either into the living area or the one bedroom. The other bedroom doesn't have a window for the AC exhaust hose. The provisions there are bare minimum (pots, silverware, coffeemaker, kettle) - bring coffee, TP, oil, corkscrew, anything you might want to use while you're there. The pillows feel oddly like balloons.
