Excellent service,very neat and clean,The staff was very helpful and friendly,It’s an brand new hotel so everything was very new,The breakfast was very nice everyday they gave different types of food which was very nice and delicious All the staff were very active and helpful, I was very happy to stay here

Wow! This was a really great experience and exceptional value for the price. The staff were amazing, very attentive and helpful and went so far above-and-beyond to help me have a great experience from the moment I arrived until I left. The one manager in particular paid special attention to help me, thank you so much! The hotel itself is brand new, so it's in excellent condition and comfortable and modern. Also a very good location and felt very safe. Definitely recommend.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The reception was very responsive and the toom service was very good. Great hotel and spa. Well done.

The only thing I didnt like was the en suite toilet was too close the wall opposite, so it was a squeeze to sit on the toilet.

Staff are friendly, and location is good

Rooms are not that clean, water from the shower also carried a strange smell. Beds are really uncomfortable. Not massively worth it for the price, although not sure there are many other good options.
