The home is lovely and in a very nice area. I was in the ensuite room and it was fabulous. Lots of sun with a big ensuite and a very spacious room that had a couch and desk. A huge shared kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities.
There was no TV in the room. Not a huge issue but just would have been nice as I was on my own!

Quiet, Clean, Comfy Lodging that is more than worth the price. Bath Towels provided, enough toiletries provided, more than enough pillows, provided. Close to the City Center via Bus. Staff were helpful and courteous. Etc.
None that I experienced.

Location, proximity to the airport
1. There was no private parking in the driveway. Since the property is rented on room-basis, there were two cars already in the driveway and three additional cars were parked on the road. We also had to park on the road in order not to block anyone
2. The occupants of one of the rooms had cooked a strong odor meal and the entire ground floor was smelling of the same when we entered the premises
3.
