Beautifully recently renovated rooms in an excellent location. Lilly and her family were very warm and welcoming and she kept in contact with us throughout our stay to make sure all our needs were met. Lilly was kind enough to make arrangements for a car service to transport us to the airport for a very early return flight.
We loved everything about the property.

Perfectly located in the middle of Bologna. A really nice clean well renovated and large room with an equally clean and modern private bathroom across the hall. If I had stayed longer the kitchen facilities are a really nice shared space. The bed was great and in a traffic free part of the city there was no noise to disturb our sleep. The check-in process was fast, friendly and efficient, we were met at the door at 10pm with no problem
I have no criticism of the property

Lilly was out of town but her husband Alfred was super nice. We stopped at his restaurant below the hotel and he treated us as special VIP guests. The room was clean and big, the shower and restroom were new, the bed was comfortable, and Wifi worked well. The location was perfect to go to our food tour, major attractions, and the city center. The huge kitchen was a bonus!
Even we set it at lower temperature, AC didn't go below 25-26C. Maybe because it was so hot outside and the ceiling was high but we managed to sleep ok.
