Great location, felt secured and staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was great.
Internet and WiFi were poor most of the time. A roof top lounge would have made a big difference.

The restaurant staff are excellent. They were always prompt and courteous. The staff that handled the check in were very pleasant, helpful and polite. Housekeeping cleans well and go round every evening to ask you if you require any service. That is a great touch which you only see in hotels like the Four Seasons.
The person at the laundry was not pleasant

Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing throughout. The staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive, making it one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Abuja.
Honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like. I hope the hotel continues to maintain these excellent standards because they are what make it stand out.
