Good location in San Jose Area Good connection to Highway Two individual bedrooms with bathroom each Parking availability in the neighborhood Good equipped kitchen AC available

Cleanliness of the floor

the house was great. Everything was in good condition. Host was responsive. The restrooms were super nice. The bedrooms had enough space so it wasnt too cramped up

Trash was not taken out, which led to the whole place smelling bad. The garage space was super tight. It was super difficult to park our car here. The locality is not super safe. Lot of homeless people around. I would not wander around alone on the streets post sunset.

Home setting vibe

No complaints

We were in San Jose for the Crossfit Games and Alex's place was a great base for our family and athlete. It was easy walking distance to SAP and San Pedro Square with good local food and coffee venues nearby. The apartment was very comfortable and a good size for 4 adults. The space was tidy and light and although there were some signs of wear and tear, it didn't affect our overall experience. The kitchen was well equipped which was great for meal prep and home based cooking. Great water pressure in the shower which is a must! The common property areas were well maintained and clean and the neighbourhood Is relatively quiet. The apartment is at the rear of the block away from the street. There is a train line adjacent to the property but trains were infrequent (once or twice a day) and did not disturb us at all. Alex was a very responsive host who communicated warmly and was very accommodating of any requests we made. Thank you for hosting us!!

The aircon was quite noisy at times but this was due to be updated at the conclusion of our stay.
