Terra Alta Lodge

The place is really beautiful. The rooms and common areas are arranged with taste and it feels like a perfect combination of local and international style. The hosts are unassuming, warm, friendly and helpful with everything we asked about. Showers don't have much pressure, but the water is really hot.

Warning: it gets really cold at night (it was around 0C or even below when we stayed). There is no heating in the rooms and ours was at 14.5 °C in the morning. There are plenty of blankets so in general you feel fine under them; that said during our second night we slept in hats and nevertheless we caught a cold during the stay. I'm still giving 10/10 because those are the realities of Colca Canyon outside extremely bougie places but you should know that before you go.

Natalia y Juan super amigables y solícitos a ayudarnos siempre. Las habitaciones son confortables y bellas, además tienes la opción de tomar algo en cualquier momento o comer o cenar, ya sea en el interior o en el magnífico patio con unas brasas encendidas. Gracias por todo a los dos!!!
