Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dobre jedzenie w obu restauracjach. Piękny widok z tarasu na dachu.
Niestety mój pokój miał słabe usytuowanie na sąsiadów i mały balkonik .

Die Unterkunft ist noch sehr neu, dadurch sieht alles noch sehr sauber und hochwertig aus. Das Bett war ein Traum. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, auch wenn noch nicht ganz sicher. Besonderer Dank für Babar aus dem O‘Luna Restaurant, er hat sich ganz besonders gekümmert, man hatte das Gefühl, er merkt sich die Gäste und achtet auf sie.
Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Frühstück war ein Buffet, nach 2-3 Tagen wurde es aber sehr langweilig, weil die Auswahl an sich ziemlich gering war und es jeden Tag das gleiche gab. Das Abendessen war wiederum kein Buffet, sondern eine bestimmte Auswahl an Speisen , die sich in den 7 Tagen, die wir da waren , auch teilweise wiederholten (auch wenn die Speisen an sich sehr lecker waren).

Innside is less than 6 months old and is situated close to the waterfront in the heart of St Pauls Bay. It is clean and modern and has a wonderful pool. The breakfast had a large selection to choose from. It was easy to get around and very close to bars, restaurants and a small supermarket.
Probably reflecting the fact that it is still very young, there were a few minor irritations. We had to move rooms (two different bookings_) when we had been told that would not be necessary. One room the sink didnt drain well and teh AC had an irritating noise every 10-15 minutes 24/7.

Room was very comfortable with some thoughtful touches.
Pool area small and uninviting, no parasols to provide shade. Rooftop terrace oddly awkward and staff seemed disorganised at times - no comfortable seating, no parasols to provide shade during the day. The hotel’s keenness to attract non residents detracts from caring for actual residents. No lounge area for residents to relax. Some customer service training is needed. Staff need to smarten up.
