Hotel Arlington

La limpieza y modernidad del establecimiento

Falta de toallas grandes de baño

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I arrived late, but even at 11 PM I was able to find a place nearby to grab something to eat. I felt quite safe walking around the area. The hotel is easy to find. You can tell that the building is older, but it has been renovated recently. Everything inside is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming - simply 100 out of 10! The only downside for me was the very firm mattress. Other than that, I really don’t see any negatives, especially considering the price and quality. A clean hotel in a good location with very friendly staff. I definitely recommend it!

Clean and comfortable! Easy check in

The front desk stated complimentary coffee would be available 6am-10am in the lobby. I went to the lobby 3 times between 6am and 7:30 am not only was there no coffee, but there was no one at the front desk. I don't mind paying for coffee, but there were no such options on site. Perhaps considering adding a quality vending option for purchase, or have the employee responsible for preparing and setting up the coffee table be at work on time. I understand independent hotels typically do not have overnight desk help, but perhaps consider providing a phone number to text with questions or concerns.

Did not pay for and use the breakfast option

The hotel is feeling a bit old and out dated. Even though the bedding is clean the rest of the room setup, lighting, furniture and bathroom feels out-dated.
