Honestly everything about that place was great. The owner really takes care of that place. It felt like home. The location was also great and there were vibes. The room was also noise cancelling since I couldn't hear any noise coming from outside except for when I opened the window/Chilled on the balcony. It was also very safe.
Probably the tissue but that's not a big deal since you can bring your own. If the tissue is the only thing I didn't like that should show you how great that place was

It is clean and the rooms are nice for the money
The location always busy and noise outside , people randomly screaming for nothing.

Ease of access, the security is very good with people
No city view but then again I paid a small fee.
