Everything was amazing and the service was exceptional

Literally no complaints

What a location! Overlooking the Bay on the Tivat side it really does offer the best of both views of the waterways of Kotor without the craziness of Kotor old town which is easy enough to get to during the day. Rooms were modern and spacious with a great balcony from which to enjoy the views. Spa was great with sauna etc, dining was exceptional both for the included breakfast as well as dinner. Staff were pleasant and interactive and always willing to help. Bonus was the parking garage.

Only one small thing. There appeared to be a small group of men that were obviously tied to the hotel in some way, They would drink and smoke inside the dining area and seemed to be their morning and night. It made it feel a bit like a bar and these men seemed eager to give the impression they belonged and not just tourists. Once we had the joy of listening to a loud ph call on speaker. It just took away the class of what is a great and upmarket space. I could live with it - but believe they should conducting whatever they were doing in a less conspicuous space.

Great position , great views , very comfortable bed . Great breakfast . Friendly staff .

Very frustrating that you are right by the sea but you can’t swim . It is very smelly . We asked why it was so smelly and the said it was normal and safe to swim . Also the spa , the steam room wasn’t not working .

Propreté et emplacement sympa

Pas très bien reçu par le personnel. Nous sommes arrivés 1,5h avant le Check in de 15.00… avec un bébé qui faisait la sieste. Une première personne très sympathique m’a informé que le Check in était à 15.00 que je pouvais patienter au restaurant mais que d ici 20 min à maxi une heure la chambre serait prête… il allait demander au service du ménage de faire notre chambre en priorité. Malheureusement a 15.10 je me présente après plusieurs passages et une autre personne très désagréable m’indique qu il ont que 10 min de retard sur le chek in et que ce st comme ça j ai qu’à attendre encore… Je trouve ça très déplacé… il a fallu que je me fâche afin que les choses accélèrent… Dommage de voir que même au Monténégro les salariés sont souvent aussi désobligeant . J espère que la direction prendra les sanctions nécessaires. Aussi à mon point de vue les matelas était très durs… mais ça c est personnel.
