The location was great
We did not receive breakfast
The window could not open it was very hot inside our room and the air conditioning did not do justice for us
The coffee and tee tray please make sure you put tea bags and a few coffee sachets
Other than that I really loved staying at the hotel it's very neat and the stuff is friendly

Fantastic location, our room so so comfy and spotless, awesome shower, everything we needed.
Easy access to Sunbet Arena and all restaurants and shops.
Except the delay at check-in, we could not fault the accommodation in anyway at all.
Be prepared to wait in a long queue at check-in when there is a big event happening at the arena.
Parking was a nightmare whilst we checked in, but this did not ruin our stay at all.

Check in was very busy
