If anything breaks, feel free to replace it or leave funds to cover it. Also, kind consideration goes towards daily use of previous tenant and variances in description. If items needed you must request prior to check in. Check in descriptions for directions are provided day off including parking spot instructions. No refunds once reservations are made.
