Great location and very convenient to the beach. Host was very responsive and got back to you immediately. Place was clean and good neighborhood for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, but away from downtown mainstream. Not very toddler, friendly due to steps, but we made it work. Would go back again.

The location could not be beat and the views were amazing!

Communication with owners was exceptional and they did their best to correct the initial issues. Location was perfect as was parking. Do not feel 11 people could comfortably stay there. Believe 8 should be maximum. many lights and switches did not work and there were multiple appliances/ lights plugged into one outlet using adapters and extension cords. Safety issue. None of the doors / screens to the decks could be closed properly.
