*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*To help provide homeowners and guests with security and peace of mind, security and doorbell cameras are located on the exterior of this home. These are solely for monitoring the exterior of the property and are not present inside the home.
*VRBO guests who cancel 60+ days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $300 cancellation fee. Losses upon cancellation may be avoided if you purchased a Travel Protection policy and the reason for cancellation is covered under those terms and conditions.

We had a spectacular time as a family celebrating my 65th birthday in this dream home! Everything was up to my expectations and the family were pleasantly surprised. In regards to the Gulf, be aware there can be some tiny moon jellyfish (the size of a bouillon) that can cause cause some itching, so be aware. They are NOT harmful.

The property was exactly as listed & pictures were very accurate!! Location location location!!
Diamond management was very responsive to questions or issues we had.

Ocean Haven has the best panoramic view of the Gulf! We couldn't have asked for a better location. At the end of a dead-end street, we enjoyed serenity and low density on the beach. The house was missing a few kitchen tools such as kitchen shears and a wine opener. High marks for Diamond's quick response and immediate delivery of new ones to us. Do study the floor plan better than I did before renting. The kitchen and living space is very large and beautifully designed, but the bedrooms (except for master bedroom) are small with tiny closets. On the main living floor, there is one full bath - dedicated to the Queen bedroom - but across the hall and adjacent to the open kitchen (so no privacy and the lock didn't work). And since there is no half bath, this bathroom ends up being shared with others. Also, there is no bathroom on the ground floor for the small twin bed room and one of the king bedrooms on the third floor does not have an en suite bathroom.

Beautiful property, well-appointed with all items needed for a seamless stay. Our family had a very memorable vacation. The support staff was incredibly responsiveness when needed. We will be back!!!
