All apartments feature a furnished balcony, a private kitchen, and a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with a kettle, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a two-burner stove, and new kitchen appliances: a microwave with a grill function, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, and a 40-inch smart TV.
TV with gaming options (bring your own console) and streaming services.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

A campfire can be safely lit at the Köhlerhütte, which accommodates about 15 people. Use of the Köhlerhütte is available upon request; you will then receive the access code.
Outside, there is a communal barbecue area with benches that is accessible at all times.

Private parking spaces, as well as spaces for motorcycles and bicycles in the carport, are available.

In winter, a shed can be used to store ski and snowboard equipment.
The garden is completely fenced in, except for the access path from the parking lot.
In the summer, you can cool off in the Kneipp pools.
The playground features a soccer field, a sandbox, swings, a slide, a trampoline, a merry-go-round, and lounge chairs. Starting in April 2026, the playground equipment will be replaced and supplemented with a play castle featuring various play structures.
