The place is very nice. It's a little secluded, tranquilt. There are deers outside of the gate. The respond from owner is very quick and helpful. We did have 1 small issue: one of the toilets was not working right off and on. The management said they would come up to fix the next morning but never did, so we just managed.
It would be a perfect stay except for the last night. We had a very rough night because one of the neighbors apparently having party with very loud music (the kind with strong bass that almost shaking the floor) off and on from 12 midnight to almost 3am.

It is a very nice place but the A/C didn't work correctly the entire time we were there. It has to be reset over and over again to cool. I'd stay there again if I was sure there A/C had been updates.
