Our 43 m² vacation rental offers the highest level of comfort for 1–2 people. The bright, modern apartment features a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) that is easily accessible from both sides, a sofa, and a flat-screen TV—all perfect for a relaxing evening.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for convenient self-catering: a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee pod machine, electric kettle, toaster, and microwave with oven function. The spacious and bright bathroom features a shower.
Our vacation rental is allergy-friendly (no pets, no air fresheners, non-smoking) and stands out for its modern, practical design—ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for cozy accommodations with easy access to the city.

Convenient arrival & a relaxing stay:
The vacation rental has a separate, wheelchair-accessible entrance. Check-in and check-out times are flexible—and can also be arranged via a key box upon individual request. A parking space on the property is also available. Public transportation is easily accessible: A bus stop is just 150 m away, and the nearest train station is 1.7 km away.

Nature & Excursions—Discover the Bergisches Land:
From the apartment, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden. The Bergisches Land invites you to relax with its numerous hiking and biking trails. The Hammertal Nature Reserve is very close by. Attractions such as the Müngsten Bridge, Schloss Burg, and the Röntgen Museum are just a short drive away. Larger cities such as Cologne, Düsseldorf, and the Ruhr region are also easily accessible.
