The property is located in southern Corsica, in a small, semi-pedestrianized family residence, far from the crowds and noise, nestled between the sea (Cupabia Bay, a Natura 2000 site) and 6 hectares of scrubland, with a heated swimming pool at the beginning and end of the season (with a beach area for children), free deckchairs available, mini golf, a children's playground, and pétanque and basketball courts. ## Accommodation
The accommodation is air-conditioned, one-bedroom, and sleeps 4 people (+ optional extra cot) with a magnificent sea view from the pergola-covered terrace, the main room, and even the bedroom. It faces west with magnificent sunsets over the bay, in a peaceful setting.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
=> entrance into an air-conditioned living room with sea view and bay window opening onto the terrace, comprising a lounge area (160x190 sofa bed, TV, coffee table, Wi-Fi, etc.), a dining area (table and chairs), and a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, extractor hood, oven, etc.).
=> one bedroom with a sea view through its large sliding window (possibility of adding a travel cot at an extra charge), a large sliding wardrobe, double bed 160x190, a fan.
=> a separate toilet.
=> a spacious shower room (shower, vanity unit, lighted mirror, washing machine, towel radiator, etc.)

The large terrace with its pergola and barbecue provides a relaxing space with deck chairs facing the sea to enjoy this idyllic landscape, a dining area for 4 guests, a lounge area with armchairs and coffee table facing a magnificent view of the sea and the garden filled with Mediterranean plants.

## Notes
A bakery service (pastries) is available every day during high season in the residence car park from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. for your breakfasts!
An arrival book, which you will receive via a mobile app, detailing your welcome and comfort during your stay, as well as advice and numerous addresses, will be available in the accommodation upon your arrival.

Free parking is available in the car park at the entrance to the residence.
Info: a key box system is available for independent arrival and departure, and a concierge service is at your disposal throughout your stay to make it unforgettable.
Direct access on foot (30 minutes) for experienced hikers via the trail to Cupabia beach and the many coves bordering the bay, or 5 minutes by car.

Ideal location for visiting southern Corsica and enjoying numerous activities (Sartène, Figari (1 hour 15 minutes), Bonifacio, Propriano (30 minutes), Ajaccio (1 hour), Porticcio, Filitosa, Genoese towers, coves, water sports, hiking, cultural visits, etc.).
You will find restaurants just outside the residence.
