Fireside Retreat Collection Cabin in Broken Bow | Pet Friendly Group Stay with Game Rooms

The Experience
Fireside Retreat Collection brings together Tender Mercies, Hibernation Station, and Chateau St. Labrador for a Broken Bow retreat that feels warm, flexible, and especially welcoming for mixed-age groups. It is a great fit for family vacations, friends traveling together, and guests who want game rooms, outdoor gathering areas, and a pet-friendly direct-booking stay.

Tender Mercies offers four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a cozy fireplace, and an open kitchen and living area that make it easy to stay connected. Its game room with shuffleboard, foosball, and arcade games keeps the energy up, while the hot tub, playset, and fire pit help slow things down outside.

Hibernation Station is built for gathering with four king suites, a bunk room, a game room with pool table and arcade, and spacious decks made for sunset views. Outdoor highlights include a swing bed, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, lounge seating, Connect 4, and disc golf, plus the collection's 240V EV charger is located here.

Chateau St. Labrador adds a cozy elevated feel with three bedrooms, built-in twin beds in the game room, shuffleboard, arcade games, and outdoor ping pong, cornhole, a hot tub, and a fire pit. Custom built-in outdoor dog kennels at Chateau make traveling with your pups even easier, and the location keeps your stay close to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, Hochatown restaurants, wineries, breweries, and hiking.

Nature & Environment
One of the most memorable parts of staying in a Broken Bow cabin is being surrounded by nature. Because this property is located in a wooded setting, guests may encounter wildlife and seasonal elements during your stay.

Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.

During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.

Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.

We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.

What To Bring
We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.
