The residence is new and entire place is clean. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Location is great. However, there are no dishes, glasses, utensils or items needed for a kitchen. The kitchen is why I booked, but was not able to use. Ads should state "bring your own" Traveling long distance not wanting to eat every meal outside. Also there is limited seating outside. They have a picnic table without an umbrella in 90 degree weather.

My family and I stayed here for one night. It was more than accommodating. However, if I wanted to stay longer, I wouldn't chose this location. The staff was friendly and the place is very clean.

My visit was to stay over after a concert, and the evening staff was outstanding. My check in was good and they made small talk while checking me in and very friendly.
