The place itself met our expectations: lots of room, nice hot tub, close proximity to the beach, everything listed in the post. The reason for an overall 4 stars is that it was not clear that we had not been charged for the house we booked. We had placed the reservation through Vrbo and received no communication that anything was wrong until we were arriving at the house and I had realized I had not received any information on how to access the property. A 30 min call later with management revealed that they had not charged my card and there were issues with my card going through. Again, this was not communicated through email or the vrbo account. This added quite a bit of stress to our vacation. This lack of communication resulted in a removal of a star. I will say though that customer service was helpful on the phone and was willing to work with me to get the place properly booked as we were arriving.

Great location! Cozy home!

Great stay, awesome location!

We were not in the house often but when we were it was a nice stay. We did have ants in the kitchen, we were unable to turn on the fireplace, and the master bath shower door was peeling at the bottom exposing sharp edges.
