Good place near the beach. We only had a tough time with neighbors throwing a party one night. The houses are about 8ft apart so loud music even with windows closed on both houses still reverberate in the home. So outside of the one party it's very quiet and very close to everything you want to be near.

The house was perfect for our family of five’s new year getaway. It was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, there was plenty of room, and the location was great. The main living area has a gas fireplace which was really nice in the mornings and evenings. The proximity to Nye Beach and downtown was ideal. I would say the only drawback was that it is managed by a vacation rental company, Vacasa. It seemed a bit disjointed communicating between Vrbo and Vacasa. Also, you need to set up a separate account with Vacasa. Not a huge deal, but a far cry from dealing simply with the owner of the home—which we now know we much prefer. But, would we return to the house and stay again some other time? Yes, probably.
