Nice quiet location with convenient parking.
Clean room and decent bathroom.
Shared fridge in the hallway was a bit inconvenient (and some of our drinks went missing).
Some restaurants and bars, and groceries, within walking distance.

Excellent breakfast and host. Free parking and good quality mattress. No AC, but a fan worked well even on the top floor.
