This unit is beautifully maintained, very clean, and the beachfront location is a major highlight. The views and easy access to the beach made our stay especially enjoyable. There were a few drawbacks, though. The mattresses were not very comfortable, and the bunk room felt quite small and a bit cramped. During peak hours, the elevators can also be slow, with longer wait times than expected. As for the surrounding area, Panama City Beach felt more worn and less upscale compared to other parts of 30A, which may be a consideration depending on what kind of atmosphere you're looking for.Overall, I would still recommend this condo to anyone seeking a clean, well-kept beachfront stay, as long as you’re aware of the minor inconveniences.
