Vista Cana is a complex with spacious layouts, abundant green space, and several natural lakes, as well as swimming pools throughout the residential area.

Since this is a tropical area surrounded by nature and wildlife, you may occasionally find insects inside the villa (such as small bugs or spiders).

We always perform a thorough, professional cleaning before each guest’s arrival. We use ozone equipment and follow all applicable sanitation protocols.
Our villa is surrounded by tropical flora and fauna, so it’s not uncommon to encounter some friendly insects during your stay. Rest assured that these friendly visitors are simply part of the vibrant ecosystem that makes our location so special. We’ve taken steps to minimize their presence indoors, but we encourage you to embrace the charming sights and sounds of the tropical environment.
This is a natural feature of tropical destinations and should be taken into consideration.

Occasional power and water outages

Vista Cana is a developing area, and, very rarely, there may be brief power outages due to work being done in the area.
When this happens, the water pump stops working and the apartment/villa may be temporarily without water.

These events are uncommon, and when they do occur, they generally last only a few minutes.
It is important that guests be aware of this possibility.

* Our property is located within a gated community, where entry procedures may occasionally cause slight delays. We recommend that you allow extra time for check-in, especially during peak hours.

* We will provide an initial supply of essentials such as toilet paper to get you through the first part of your stay. However, after that, you are responsible for restocking these items as needed during your stay.

If the villa is not used for 2–3 days, the water may come out slightly yellow for the first 10 seconds when you turn it on, due to sediment in the pipes. After that, it will flow completely clear for the duration of your stay.

The apartment is located right on the beach. Due to this location, some metal surfaces may show slight signs of rust over time. This is completely normal, as sea salt can affect certain iron-based materials within a few days.

🏊 Information about the pool and outdoor area

The pool is professionally maintained three times a week, including cleaning, chlorine levels, and all necessary treatments to ensure it remains in good condition.

Since this is a completely open area surrounded by nature, leaves and dust may be found both in the pool and throughout the outdoor area and terrace. Likewise, due to the breeze, some leaves may fall into the pool even shortly after it has been cleaned. This is beyond our control.

It is important to note that the occasional presence of leaves or dust does not indicate a lack of cleanliness, but rather is a normal consequence of the natural environment.
