Our cozy apartment (50 m²) is suitable for 2 people. It consists of an entryway with a dining area, a living room, a small kitchen (with a dishwasher and microwave), a bedroom, and a bathroom with a toilet. There is also a balcony—very sunny and with a view of the Hohe Munde.

Our well-maintained, family-run Seyrling apartment building in the Seefeld region is located a ten-minute walk from Seefeld’s center and the pedestrian zone. This quiet vacation home, surrounded by meadows and offering views of the surrounding mountains, is located 200 meters from the Rosshütte ski area. The cross-country ski trail runs right past our Seyrling vacation home and, in the summer, serves as the 9-hole Seefeld/Reith golf course.

Hiking enthusiasts can set out directly from the house on a loop hike around the lake, a half-day hike, or—for those seeking a greater challenge—a full-day hike to the Seefelder and Reither Spitzen peaks. Don’t forget your mountain bike—the 570 km of marked mountain bike trails offer new scenic highlights every day at the numerous alpine pastures and huts in the Seefeld region. In both summer and winter, free guided adventure hikes are offered in all five towns—Leutasch, Mösern, Reith, Scharnitz, and Seefeld. Take advantage of this offer and get to know the Seefeld High Plateau with all its charms and attractions.

In winter, a regional bus—free for downhill and cross-country skiers— to all the cross-country ski trail access points in the region as well as to the valley stations of the Rosshütte and Gschwandtkopf mountain railways!
