THE ACCOMMODATION

The house features a welcoming living area with a lounge, a double sofa bed, and access to the balcony, as well as a separate, well-equipped kitchen, ideal for comfortably organizing lunches and dinners at home. On the same level there is also a practical service bathroom/laundry room with washing machine, sink, and toilet. The sleeping area includes three bedrooms — one double and two single rooms — furnished with large wardrobes and designed to ensure comfort and space during your stay. The floor is completed by a spacious bathroom with a large shower enclosure.
Guests also have access to an attic area with a second service bathroom, also fitted with a shower enclosure. As it has been created in the attic space, it has lower ceiling heights and is particularly convenient as an additional bathroom.
The house is naturally cool and well ventilated and comes with 2 standing fans. There is no fixed air conditioning, but upon request it is possible to add a portable air conditioner, Pinguino type.
