Sea Watch 1115 is a 2 bedroom plus enclosed den, two bathroom condo located on the 11th floor on the south side of the building. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, a daybed with a trundle (2 twins) in the den, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 3 flat-screen TV's, 1 tube TV, 3 DVD players, and free WiFi. Limit of 8 people. Parking for 1 car. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks. New carpet in 2024. During the month of June and July Flex Weeks available. Any 3 days in a row. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. Our stay was very pleasant despite the weather. It rained the entire time but we made the most of it by visiting different restraurants, exploring the area, playing family board games.The condo was very clean and well decorated however the toilet flooded so we ended only using one bathroom. All in all it was a good time for all and I would stay here again.
