Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.

Parking
Do not park at the neighbor’s house. Do not park past the parking bumper, as that area is the neighbor’s property.

Plumbing
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

Wildlife
Do not feed the wildlife, especially ducks, geese, and other birds.

Cameras
Exterior security cameras are located around the perimeter and face outward. They do not look into interior spaces.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in. Airbnb reservations are exempt.
