Welcome to La Petite Fiosette, an old farmhouse from 1860 completely renovated in 2023, where the charm of the old meets modern comfort. Nestled between Lake Geneva and the mountains, only a few minutes from Switzerland, this peaceful country house is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and enjoy the great outdoors.

Surrounded by fields and greenery, with an unobstructed view of Lake Geneva in the distance, the house offers a soothing and authentic setting. After a day of work in Geneva or exploring the region, you will find peace and comfort.

The terraced house, completely independent, has an outdoor space of about 40 m² open to nature. On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a cosy living room with the possibility of using a wood stove (on request). The heating is reversible with air conditioning in the main rooms.

On the first floor, two comfortable bedrooms each have their own bathroom with shower and toilet. On the second floor, in the attic, a large bedroom also offers a workspace or a corner for children. Each room has a beautiful view of the lake or the mountains.

Ideally located 2 minutes from the centre of the village and 25 minutes by train from the centre of Geneva, the house offers quick access to the region's must-sees: Evian, Annecy, Chamonix or the surrounding ski resorts.
