It’s a shared bath and kitchen with a very clean and well equipped kitchen with my favorite espresso included .
House was quite clean and comfortable. The room and Queen bed were pleasant .
I noticed very few other guests during my midweek stay.
An excellent value in my opinion.
Good location.
