Our apartment is located in the Sagitario Building, situated in the traditional Torices neighborhood, one of Cartagena’s most iconic and authentic areas. From here, you’ll have easy access to the city’s main attractions:

We’ve designed this apartment to feel cozy, warm, and functional, without cluttering the spaces, creating a peaceful and very comfortable atmosphere.

🛏️ Second bedroom: queen-size bed, air conditioning, and more space for your comfort.

🛋️ Third bedroom: sofa bed, fan, and a desk—perfect if you need to catch up on work during your stay.

Fully equipped kitchen, designed so you can prepare your meals in comfort:

🔐 Check-in & Registration

For a smooth arrival:
• Check-in is required at the front desk
• Check-in: starting at 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.

🔐 Access to the apartment

For your convenience and security, access to the apartment is as follows:

• Initial entry via access code
• After that, access is granted using a key card, which you must always carry with you whenever you leave the apartment, as it will be required to re-enter the unit.

🚫 House Rules

To ensure a peaceful living environment:
• No smoking inside the apartment
• No parties or events allowed
• Outside visitors are permitted only with prior authorization and registration at the front desk

🔒 Safety Recommendations

• Use reliable transportation (Uber, DiDi, InDrive, or official taxis)
• Avoid deserted streets at night
• Don’t display valuables

Guests will have full access to the apartment and all its interior areas, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms, so they can enjoy a comfortable and unrestricted stay.

Inside the building, you may use the common areas, such as elevators and hallways.

Entry to the building is secure and requires registration at the front desk, where guests must present a valid ID and their reservation confirmation. After that, access to the apartment is completely self-service via an electronic code lock, the code for which will be provided before your arrival.
