A book of instructions for kayak use, walk to lake, would be helpful. The host never replied to our questions although we had poor cell service so he may have tried. Spent quality time with dear friends!

Property was super clean. Had enough room for all of us. Kitchen had a good amount of utensils, plates but you would need a couple pot holders and some more dish towels.

We enjoyed our stay at Star Cottage. It was clean and comfortable and had a pretty view of the water from the back porch, a great place to have a cup of coffee in the mornings. I would recommend it to couples or families looking for a quiet spot on the Lake. (I would suggest that you definitely bring some food with you since the area does not have much in the way of grocery stores or restaurants.)

Our stay here was a blessing. The home felt peaceful, and Blake was wonderfully responsive and gracious, especially in allowing us to adjust our guest count from four to six as plans changed. We did notice a few loose boards on the back steps nothing urgent, just something to be aware of. Overall, we felt cared for and grateful for the hospitality. Thank you, Blake
