A spacious and bright flat, furnished with modern furniture in light colours. The property is on a single level and features a patio with sea views.
The entrance leads into the living area, which features a large, comfortable sofa and a TV; the open-plan kitchen is located in the same space and is fully equipped for preparing summer lunches and dinners. Moving further into the property, you will find the sleeping area, comprising two queen-size bedrooms. The layout is completed by two bathrooms with showers.

The undisputed capital of the Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo is an exclusive seaside village built around a cove shaped like a deer, which has become a haven for luxury holidays.
