House is clean and well apportioned. The living area constitutes the entire 3rd floor and is very open and can accommodate large groups. Plenty of seating for meals.

We loved our stay at this property! We were nervous about staying on the bay side and being too far away from the main pool and beach, but honestly, we’d choose the bay side now every time! You get 360 degree, unobstructed views from the 3rd floor where the living and kitchen are. And the sunsets over the bay…absolutely gorgeous! It was a very quiet and safe property and neighborhood. Perfect for families of all ages.

The house and its view are amazing! We had a wonderful time during our stay. One thing I would recommend is asking the host before booking whether the construction at the building next door has been completed or is still ongoing, especially if you plan to stay during the week rather than just on weekends. Construction activity may affect the overall experience depending on your schedule.Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

Excellent house. Thoughtfully decorated and clean. Comfortable beds, great location! Would definitely rent again.
