On a quiet side street not far from the Circus, a dream in white—the Idyll vacation home—awaits guests. This isn’t some cookie-cutter property, but a house with over 120 years of history and the potential to become a favorite among repeat guests. It’s the famous little details that breathe a very special soul into this vacation home: nostalgic twist-style light switches, for example, or the lovingly curated collection of old kitchen chairs, just like in grandmother’s day. Of course, there’s no shortage of modern comfort and elegance either.

Spanning three floors and offering approximately 210 square meters of living and usable space, the house features three bedrooms with double beds (one of which has an en-suite bathroom), three additional shower rooms with toilets, a spacious kitchen, living, and dining area on the first floor, and a cozy, converted attic that accommodates three single beds, each of which can be pulled out to form a double bed. This makes it a lovely temporary vacation home for up to 12 people.

A special highlight of this well-maintained, sunny property is the on-site outdoor pool (open seasonally), where the whole family will find plenty of space to relax and unwind. Please note: The water depth is approximately 1.50 meters; use of the pool is at your own risk. Comfortable outdoor lounge furniture on the terrace of the impressive 1,400-square-meter property invites you to relax. Our tip for all water lovers: The beautiful natural beaches on the Greifswald Bodden in Putbus/Wreechen and in Stresow are only about 4 and 8 km away, respectively, and the beaches of the Baltic Sea resorts of Binz and Sellin can be reached in about a 15-minute drive.

Of course, the vacation home’s amenities also include free Wi-Fi and parking spaces for up to three cars in the driveway. You can either bring your own bed linens and towels or book them through RÜGEN-DOMIZILE. The utility room is equipped with a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine, among other things.

Out of consideration for future guests, smoking is not permitted inside the house but only outdoors. Pets are not allowed. We look forward to your visit and wish you a pleasant stay!
