Reviewer Comments:
There were a couple of concerns that needed to be addressed, mildew smells , found the culprit it was resolved. Which then made the adorable atmosphere enjoyable . I believed my timing with Santuary was during transitions with the company. COMMUNICATION was lacking . Need a quick instruction pamphlet to operate the oven , fireplace and to locate the heater switch ,a few basic when entering an unfamiliar home. Once All was resolved it was such a wonderful time in lilacs & laughter. I felt right at home .
