Welcome to our spacious and wheelchair-accessible vacation home with approximately 200 m² of living space and a large garden. The house offers plenty of space for families or groups of friends and is located in a quiet area, ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Thanks to its spacious layout and extensive amenities, the house is perfect for a comfortable stay with several people. It is especially important to us that all guests feel comfortable—which is why the house is designed to be accessible and features the appropriate amenities.

The vacation home is fully accessible and has an elevator inside the house. In addition, there is an accessible bedroom, an accessible shower, and an accessible restroom, so that guests with limited mobility can also enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The large garden and spacious outdoor area offer plenty of room to relax. Here you’ll find plenty of seating, a large patio with an awning, and a charcoal grill—perfect for cozy barbecue evenings.
There are also plenty of parking spaces available right next to the house.

The vacation home is located in a quiet and pleasant setting in the town of Zerf. At the same time, you’ll benefit from excellent amenities: Various shopping options, stores, and everyday necessities are conveniently and quickly accessible on foot.
The surrounding area also invites you to take long walks and hikes—there are numerous beautiful hiking trails nearby where you can explore the region’s nature and landscape.
Another particularly attractive feature is the proximity to the historic city of Trier, which is only about 20 km away and is ideal for a day trip. There, you’ll find numerous sights, restaurants, cafés, and shopping opportunities.

The accommodation features a large, fully equipped kitchen where meals for several people can be easily prepared. In addition to dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, a coffee maker is also available. The commercial-grade dishwasher is particularly convenient, allowing even large quantities of dishes to be washed quickly.
Both the kitchen and the dining room feature large dining tables where all guests can eat together or sit comfortably.

The house can accommodate up to 10 people:

• Bedroom 1: Large double bed
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds
• Bedroom 3: Double bed and a single bed
• Bedroom 4: Double bed and one wheelchair-accessible bed
Bathrooms
The house features two spacious bathrooms:

• Bathroom 1: Equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet
• Bathroom 2: Features an accessible shower, an accessible toilet, and two additional separate toilets
Hair dryers, shower chairs, toilet chairs, and toilet seat risers are, of course, provided.

Entertainment is also provided: The house features a foosball table and various board games for evenings spent together. There is also a TV and free Wi-Fi.



On-site costs: Prices include utilities.Bedding is provided; you’ll just need to bring your own towels. Pets are welcome here; we allow up to 2 dogs; a third dog is permitted only by prior arrangement.The fee is €7.50 per dog per day.
