The house is laid out as follows: living room with a cozy, large couch, a TV, a decorative fireplace, books, and access to a covered, furnished terrace and the garden; a dining room with 6 chairs; and a kitchenette equipped with high-quality appliances (including a refrigerator with freezer compartments, a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, and silverware). The house also features a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), another bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), and a study (this room provides access to one of the two parking spaces and to the garden). The house is equipped with two shower rooms with natural light. A hair dryer, washing machine, and clothes dryer are available. The second parking space is located in front of the house entrance. You can park your bicycles in the garden or on the terrace.

The nearest bus stop is about 150 m away. The pedestrian zone, with various cafés, restaurants, and small shops, as well as the large Edeka supermarket with a bakery, is about a 10-minute walk away. The house is an excellent starting point for walks and bike rides.
