The best home that we’ve stayed at on the island quiet, peaceful, clean, lots to do dog friendly. It’s all we needed just a little bit of peace and quiet with the dogs and the water.

We enjoyed the island. No traffic, very peaceful. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the home. Bathroom shower not well cleaned. Shower curtain with orange mildew. Several bars of soap left from prior guests in shower. Dead bugs in corners of the living room. Kitchen trash can hadn’t been moved to clean around it, debris behind the trash can. Food items left in the fridge and freezer from prior guests. Communication with the new owner left us scratching our heads a bit. Questions from the owner during our stay indicated our activities were being monitored via the doorbell camera. When I questioned this, she went silent. The presence of the doorbell camera was not disclosed in the VRBO listing and should not be utilized to monitor renter activities.

The home was super clean and beautifully decorated. Kristin was VERY responsive and answered my questions quickly. The location is perfect. Steps from the beach, great fishing. This place is so relaxing and not too developed. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend. Jackie Thompson
